"As I said in my previous message, I am pretty much 100% a Macintosh user. I keep a MacBook Pro with Windows XP Pro (using Bootcamp) to run some "Windows Only" apps. But since I make my living with computers, I have become the de factor family "Computer Guru". When my cousin arrived from out of town, with her nearly useless HP desktop computer, I was really clueless about how to help her. Apparently your RegCure utility had been bundled on the machine. In desperation, I paid the registration fee, activated RegCure... and was really amazed at what a difference it created. It found 1195 issues to deal with on the first pass.... last night it found another 222 things to repair. She left to go home to Colorado this morning, and I will be curious to hear her report about RegCure performs. We have it set to run nightly at 3:30 AM.....
She went home with a machine that is running probably 25 times faster than when it arrived. Even simple things like opening the "My Computer" menu are happening in less than a second, rather than in ten seconds. It's just amazing.... that's the only word I can find to describe it.

I am very pleased to report that I have used RegCure to solve a problem Microsoft could not. For the last two weeks Microsoft and I have been trying to solve a problem with my computer. I have Vista Ultimate installed and it stopped downloading updates late in 2007. Since then there have been problems.
So I contacted Microsoft help and they got me to try various fixes, all that did not work. Eventually I was required to reformat the hard drive and load it all up again. Losing a lot of the information I had on the computer.
After loading Vista, loading Vista SP1 was problematic and after much loading and downloading I finally got it to load. Then there was all the other downloads that need to be installed 78 of them. They did not install and reported an internal error and to check Microsoft for a solution. So back to square 1.
Especially Vista SP 2 just would not respond.
So having blown away RegCure in the reformat of the hard drive I reinstalled your program and ran RegCure.
Blow me down 1100 registry problems that were resolved by a single click!
AND guess what all my problems of downloading have vanished and everything is working just fine.
I think you should approach Microsoft and offer them a solution to their problems.
